After being moved to one of the most infamous prisons in Britain, Vickrum Digwa, found guilty of killing adolescent Henry Nowak, is now living in constant fear.

After being found guilty of killing 18-year-old Henry in Southampton, 23-year-old Vickrum Digwa was recently sent to HMP Frankland in County Durham.

Concerns about his safety and well-being while inside have reportedly prompted prison authorities to conduct routine welfare checks.

According to sources, Digwa is hesitant to leave his cell since he has already received threats from other prisoners at the high-security facility.

According to one source, Digwa is having trouble adjusting to life at Frankland and had preferred to stay at his prior prison.

According to the source, he is aware of past high-profile incidents in the jail system and is afraid to interact with other inmates.

Some of the most serious offenders in the UK have long been incarcerated at HMP Frankland, which is well-known for housing inmates serving extended sentences for violent offences.

Numerous violent episodes involving prominent inmates and personnel have occurred at the jail in recent years.

Although such arrangements are not expected to last forever, reports indicate that prison guards are now checking on Digwa regularly.

Digwa was convicted of Henry Nowak’s death and was punished last month.

After prosecutors informed the court that false allegations had been filed in the wake of the incident, the case gained enormous public indignation and national attention.

Digwa was given a minimum sentence of 21 years before being eligible for release.

Judges will now decide whether to raise the punishment after that sentence was referred to the Court of Appeal under the Unduly Lenient Sentence system.

Digwa’s ability to communicate with family members connected to the larger case is likewise severely restricted.

He has reportedly been prohibited from speaking with family members who were found guilty of crimes related to Henry’s aftermath.

According to insiders, Digwa remains concerned about his personal safety despite being upgraded to prisoner status, which grants him additional privileges within the prison system.

Prison officials have a legal obligation to protect detainees while they are in custody, but the Ministry of Justice does not comment on how specific prisoners are managed.

Digwa’s sentence is still being appealed.

Supporters of Henry Nowak’s family, meanwhile, are still pushing for what they see as a more fitting penalty for the adolescent’s murder.
