The Offender Database reported that Assef Naseri, the Croydon Paedophile Child Molester, has been incarcerated following a meeting with a young girl in Chester.

Assef Naseri, homeless, appeared at Chester Crown Court on Thursday, December 4, when he received a three-year sentence.

The 30-year-old previously admitted guilt to child abduction and participating in non-penetrative sexual conduct with a girl aged 13 to 15.

An inquiry revealed that Assef Naseri, a resident of Croydon, had been communicating with the victim online and had scheduled a meeting with her in Chester, despite being aware of her age.

In March 2025, the young victim was in Chester city centre when CCTV recorded Naseri encountering her before they proceeded to Chester Bus Station, where they boarded a coach to London. Surveillance footage from the coach showed Assef Naseri kissing the victim.

Subsequent investigations led to the victim being found by police in Croydon alongside Assef Naseri four days later. He was apprehended for child kidnapping and was discovered wearing the identical attire depicted in the CCTV footage in Chester.

In addition to his jail term, Assef Naseri is mandated to comply with a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for a duration of 10 years and is required to register on the Sex Offender Register for the same period.
