At a London Underground station, 46-year-old Nathan Gordon, a Hornsey Sex Offender, sexually assaulted a lone woman and then spat at a police officer. Nathan Gordon, who lives on Wightman Road in Hornsey, was attacked on May 24 of last year at Seven Sisters Tube station. After the attack, he was found sitting on a seat at the same station.

He was accosted before leaving the station after the incident was reported to a station employee. Officers were then alerted to the suspect, who staff had identified as the same person, lounging on a station bench.

Nathan Gordon was recognised by the police from a March 2023 event in which he was arrested for a different crime and spat at an officer while being held.

“Nathan Gordon’s overt intimidation and harassment of this woman was both distressing and abhorrent,” said investigating officer DC Stephen Allen. Despite her natural distress, she bravely decided to report the crime as soon as possible, which allowed cops to reach the area and capture Gordon within hours of the incident.

Now that he has been given a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO), women on the rail network will be somewhat protected when he is released from prison.

We will relentlessly pursue, apprehend, deter, and prosecute sexual offenders on the railway network.” Every report is important. Before going, we urge everyone to download the Railway Guardian app and save 61016 on their phones so they may discreetly contact us if they need help.

On Monday, March 11, Nathan Gordon was sentenced at Wood Green Crown Court after entering a guilty plea for sexual assault and assault against an emergency worker.

He was given a seven-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order that forbade him from going near, touching, or trying to talk to any lone girl using the rail system.

After getting off a train, Nathan Gordon had to leave the station as soon as possible or head straight to the next connecting service.
