Luke Anthony Hemmington, Higham Ferrers Paedophile, a 37-year-old man, has been incarcerated after confessing to six child sexual offences.
Between late 2022 and early 2023, Luke Anthony Hemmington utilised the online messaging platform Kik to engage with an individual he presumed to be a 13-year-old girl, transmitting multiple pornographic movies throughout their exchanges.
In January 2025, Luke Anthony Hemmington utilised the same internet platform to interact with an individual he presumed to be a 14-year-old girl.
He transmitted several pornographic movies to this individual and discussed in explicit detail his past sexual encounters and his desire to engage in sexual activity with her.
However, Luke Anthony Hemmington was unaware that both of these “girls” were, in fact, police officers.
He was apprehended and subsequently indicted on three counts of attempting to engage in sexual communication with a minor and three counts of trying to compel a minor to observe a sexual act.
Following his guilty plea to the offences at Northampton Crown Court in August, Luke Anthony Hemmington returned to the same court on October 23, sentenced to three years and one month of incarceration.
