Benjamin Pinchin, the Middleton Paedophile, who sexually molested a 10-year-old girl and participated in online sexual interactions with a 12-year-old child, has been incarcerated.
Benjamin Pinchin, 30, formerly of Sissons Grove, Middleton, was sentenced to 12 years yesterday at Leeds Crown Court after a collaborative investigation into child sexual offences.
The Halifax Online Child Abuse Investigation Team, in collaboration with the Leeds District Safeguarding Team, charged Benjamin Pinchin with more than 30 offences, including child sexual assault, possession of indecent images of minors, creation of indecent images of minors, and numerous counts of attempted sexual communication with a minor.
Benjamin Pinchin admitted guilt to all charges at Leeds Crown Court in June.
Besides the jail term, Benjamin Pinchin has been mandated to register indefinitely on the sex offenders registry and has been issued a lifelong Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
