In 2026, the #OffenderRegister reported that in 2021, Blackpool Police were on the hunt for Lee Marshall, then 26, after leaving a registered address in Blackpool and failing to return, breaching his sex offender notification requirements.
Police said: “Marshall is described as white, of stocky build, with blue eyes and brown, auburn hair. He has a beard and moustache and speaks with a north east accent.”
He is believed to be in Blackpool, despite being from the Newcastle area.
Marshall was found guilty of sexual activity with a minor at Newcastle Crown Court in 2014.
They found him but since the he has allegedly relocated to Gilmerton, #Edinburgh from the Corstorphine area of Edinburgh.
The convicted #SexOffender has also allegedly been busy making friends in the local area by almost running over a small child while speeding, bragging that he hires sex workers, and hanging round play parks with his dog watching children.
A local source said “Upon googling his name we found an old article stating he was a convicted sex offender…he will be relocated again
