Delroy Scott and Yusuf Egberongbe, the Leeds Paedophiles, have been incarcerated following their conviction for grooming and sexual offences against three adolescent females in Leeds.

Delroy Scott, 59, of St Alban Crescent, Leeds, and Yusuf Egberongbe, 67, of Shakespeare Lawn, Leeds, were convicted on 11 August of multiple offences after a trial at Leeds Crown Court.

Delroy Scott and Yusuf Egberongbe reappeared in court today (Friday, 24 October), where Delroy Scott received a sentence of 12 years and Yusuf Egberongbe was sentenced to five years.

Delroy Scott was mandated to register as a lifelong sex offender and was issued a lifelong Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

Yusuf Egberongbe was mandated to register on the Sex Offenders Register for life.

Delroy Scott was convicted of five offences: engaging in penetrative sexual activity with a girl aged 13-15, attempting to engage in non-penetrative sexual activity with a girl aged 13-15, engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child, inciting sexual activity with a girl aged 13-15, and sexual assault on a female.

Yusuf Egberongbe was convicted of encouraging sexual conduct with a girl aged 13 to 15, participating in non-penetrative sexual activity with a girl aged 13 to 15, and arranging or supporting the commission of a minor sexual offence.

Yusuf Egberongbe was acquitted of an additional allegation of instigating sexual behaviour with a female aged 13 to 15.
