Terry Blackmore, the Warrington Paedophile, who admitted guilt to the sexual abuse of a child in Warrington, has been incarcerated.

Terry Blackmore was sentenced to five years and four months in prison at Liverpool Crown Court on Monday, 20 October.

A 78-year-old individual, Terry Blackmore, without a permanent residence in the Warrington region, had previously admitted guilt to charges of producing indecent images (categories B and C), possessing indecent photographs, and four counts of assaulting a girl under 13 by touching, as well as assaulting a girl under 13 by touching beneath clothing.

The court was informed that Terry Blackmore consistently assaulted his victim over a span of 12 months, commencing when she was merely 8 years old.

His offences comprised unlawful contact with the minor and the acquisition of indecent photos of her.

In addition to his prison sentence, Terry Blackmore was issued an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order and mandated to register as a sex offender for life.
