Ross Larcombe, the Fairstead Paedophile, has evaded incarceration after soliciting nude images from children and transmitting films of an individual engaging in masturbation.

Ross Larcombe, 24, from Lindens in Fairstead, attended Lynn Magistrates’ Court this morning.

On Tuesday, July 29, Ross Larcombe entered a guilty plea to three charges of engaging in sexual communication with a minor, with the hearing postponed until today for the completion of a pre-sentence report.

His crimes occurred on multiple dates from October 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023.

On one occasion, he transmitted an image of a penis to a minor.

A month later, Ross Larcombe persistently enquired of a little child whether he might view his penis.

Six months subsequent to those egregious acts, he transmitted a video to a youngster depicting an individual engaging in masturbation.

The pre-sentence assessment indicated that Ross Larcombe recognised his victims may have felt “disturbed” by his behaviour.

Magistrates issued Ross Larcombe an 18-month community order, deeming his offence to be “on the lower end” of the spectrum.

He must fulfil ten rehabilitation days as part of the Building Choice program.

He received a five-year sexual harm prevention order, along with a £120 fine, a £114 victim fee, and £55 in court costs.

The chair of the magistrates informed him, “Should you return here, it is likely that you will forfeit your freedom and be incarcerated.”

This situation is quite serious. You are positioned at that precipice.

Ross Larcombe’s two mobile phones, confiscated by the police, are scheduled for forfeiture and destruction, along with his computer tower.
