In 2026, the Offender Register reported that Richard Pulman, the Winsford Paedophile, had been jailed for downloading and disseminating indecent images of child sex abuse.
On Tuesday, June 30, Richard Pulman, a resident of Winsford, attended a sentencing hearing at Chester Crown Court.
He downloaded hundreds of indecent images between late 2023 and early 2025, as indicated by court documents, and distributed an unspecified number of them during the same period.
Pulman had an assortment of other prohibited images, including one of a pitbull dog, as well as Category A, B, and C images at the time of his arrest.
He had accumulated over 700 images.
Pulman, of Trent Avenue, confessed to seven of the offences at the magistrates’ court two months ago; however, his sentence was not immediately imposed due to the severity of the offences.
Nevertheless, the 27-year-old is currently incarcerated after Judge Simon Berkson imposed a two-year prison sentence on him.
He is also subject to the sex offender register and a sexual harm prevention order for a decade.
