In 2026, the Offender Register reported that Mansoor Ahmed, a convicted sex offender, was sent back to jail after spending 14 minutes informing a police call handler that he intended to assault British Transport Police (BTP) officers.
In the afternoon of Wednesday, May 27, Mansoor Ahmed, 31, of Blackthorn Avenue, West London, initiated his hate-filled tirade by contacting BTP’s First Contact Centre.
Ahmed was sentenced to six months in prison at Inner London Crown Court on July 3.
He had previously entered pleas of guilty to a Public Order offence, Possession of Cannabis, and Threatening Communications.
Ahmed called at 2:30 p.m. and provided a reference number for his case. It was associated with a BTP investigation into his sexual assault of two women on the London Underground in late 2020.
BTP detectives prosecuted those sexual assaults, and he was sentenced to two years and two months in prison.
Ahmed directed profanity toward the call handler for nearly 14 minutes in response to the publication of his custody photo and offences following his conviction.
He issued a threat of graphic violence against BTP officers, asserting that he would assault them at rail stations.
He stated in his monologue, “I am on my way to assassinate all of you… I am on my way to assassinate a transport police officer.”
Ahmed also issued a series of sexually violent threats to women and children, and he later stated, “I will apply acid to the face of one of your transport police officers when I locate him.
