In 2026, the #OffenderRegister reported that a #SexOffender, Jordan McGrath-Coulstock, from #EastMalling, has been incarcerated once more after driving at speeds of 85mph in country lanes to evade apprehension.

Jordan McGrath-Coulstock was incarcerated for over two years, less than six months after being released from incarceration.

Patrols in Cuxton observed a vehicle without a valid MOT or tax on April 11, 2026. Additional investigations revealed that it was registered to McGrath-Coulstock, who was also subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) and was disqualified from driving.

The vehicle accelerated away from the officers’ attempts to halt it. It was pursued toward Luddesdown village with the National Police Air Service’s assistance, and McGrath-Coulstock achieved velocities exceeding 80mph on the narrow country roads.

In less than five minutes, he crashed his vehicle and attempted to flee on foot, losing a phone in the process.

While retrieving the phone, officers pursued him and apprehended him. McGrath-Coulstock had violated the terms of his SHPO by possessing it.

The 26-year-old resident of Carnation Crescent in East Malling was subsequently charged with hazardous driving, two counts of failing to comply with the sex offenders register requirements, and two counts of breaching a SHPO.

He entered a guilty plea and was sentenced to 2 years and 2 months of imprisonment at Maidstone Crown Court on Friday, June 26.
