The 34-year-old, Jamie Martin, confessed to three charges of downloading and one charge of possessing indecent pictures of minors.

Jamie Martin, residing on Eastbank Street in Southport, was not formally charged with the distribution of indecent photos of children; however, he admitted to the offence during police interrogation.
Jamie Martin was incarcerated for 20 months.
