In 2022, the Offender Register reported that Emmanuel Brown, a black paedophile swimming instructor who repeatedly assaulted young females, had been found guilty of sexual assault.
Since 1995, Emmanuel Brown, a resident of Forest Gate, has been employed as a swimming instructor at Northumberland Park swimming pool in Tottenham.
In 2020, the police received two complaints from girls who were under the age of 13 at the time of the assaults. Shortly thereafter, a third girl also claimed that Brown had sexually assaulted her.
The second victim was exploited between 2010 and 2012, while the third victim was abused in 2019.
