Callum Parker, aged 36, was sentenced to two years and three months’ imprisonment at Lewes Crown Court on Friday, 31 July 2026, after pleading guilty to seven charges involving breaches of statutory monitoring requirements and the possession of extreme pornography.
The court heard that Parker was subject to sex offender notification requirements and a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) following a conviction in 2019, where he received a suspended sentence for making and distributing indecent images of children, including 273 Category A images depicting severe abuse. Under the terms of the SHPO, Parker was legally mandated to register all mobile telephones, internet-enabled equipment, and financial payment cards with law enforcement.
In April 2026, Sussex Police officers conducted an unannounced compliance visit at Parker’s residence. During the inspection, officers established that Parker had acquired and failed to declare a new mobile telephone and an additional internet-connected electronic device. A subsequent search also led to the recovery of an undeclared USB storage drive.
Digital forensic analysis of the seized hardware confirmed that the USB drive contained illicit extreme pornographic material involving adults and animals.
Appearing before Lewes Crown Court, Parker entered formal guilty pleas to:
- One count of possessing extreme pornography
- Two counts of failing to comply with notification requirements as a registered sex offender
- Four counts of breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order
On 31 July 2026, the presiding judge sentenced Parker to a total custodial term of two years and three months’ imprisonment for the violations.
