This is the visage of Arshad Azad, the Halesowen Paedophile, a 62-year-old man incarcerated for committing acts that outrage public decency on three occasions within a single day.
Arshad Azad was apprehended engaging in self-gratification on a bus and outside a coffee shop in Halesowen.
Wolverhampton Magistrates’ Court was informed that Arshad Azad had been apprehended engaging in an intimate act on three occasions on August 15.
On one occasion, he perpetrated the act in the presence of numerous members of the public, including minors.
Two incidents occurred outside an unspecified coffee shop and on the 002 bus, between Weoley Castle and the Merry Hill shopping area.
These actions were perpetrated ‘beneath garments’.
Arshad Azad, residing on Slade Road in Halesowen, perpetrated the offences while under a suspended sentence for analogous acts.
Court documents indicated that an injunction was issued on May 13 concerning four events occurring between June 23, 2021, and August 1.
On those occasions, Arshad Azad was found guilty of perpetrating an act that violated public morality by obscene conduct.
On two instances, he was observed “masturbating in his window, fully visible to the public on a residential street adjacent to a primary school.”
On August 17, magistrates sentenced Arshad Azad to 28 weeks of incarceration.
He was additionally mandated to remit a victim surcharge of £154.
