The Offender Database reported that Antonio Bolaños, a Gibraltar Paedophile Child Molester, has been jailed by the Supreme Court today after admitting guilt to several historical sexual offences.
Antonio Bolaños, 79, had previously entered a guilty plea to four charges of engaging in sexual activity with a child under the age of 16.
Two of the incidents occurred in 1965/66 and two in 2007.
- On Count 1, Sexual Activity with a Child, he received a three-week custodial sentence, suspended for two years.
- On Count 2, Engaging in Sexual Activity in the Presence of a Child, he received an 11-week custodial sentence, suspended for two years.
- On Count 3, Sexual Activity with a Child, he received a 43-week custodial sentence, suspended for two years.
- On Count 4, Sexual Activity with a Child, he received a 27-week custodial sentence, suspended for two years.
All sentences are to run consecutively.
It is recommended that Antonio Bolaños NOT be left alone with children.
