In 2023, Abdulrahman Hassan and Abu Musa, two British Guest Rapists who assaulted and recorded an English woman in her residence during a “repugnant attack”, were incarcerated.

According to police, Abdulrahman Hassan and Abu Musa provided transportation to the victim, who was “heavily intoxicated,” returning home to Winsford after a night out.

Abu Musa, then 21, from Stoke-on-Trent, received a 13-year sentence after being convicted of rape and assault by penetration.

Abdulrahman Hassan, then 22, from Oldham, received a sentence of 12 years and nine months.

He previously confessed to two charges of rape, assault by penetration, and voyeurism.

Abu Musa had also previously acknowledged one count of voyeurism.

Chester Crown Court was informed that the woman had been socialising with a friend at a bar in Nantwich on 11 June, where they saw Abdulrahman Hassan and Abu Musa at a takeaway, who subsequently offered them a ride home to Winsford.

The second woman retired to bed as Abdulrahman Hassan and Abu Musa remained with the inebriated victim, administering additional drinks before proceeding to rape and sexually attack her.

Authorities reported that video evidence retrieved from Abu Musa’s phone depicted Abdulrahman Hassan sexually assaulting and raping the victim.

Abdulrahman Hassan and Abu Musa, sentenced at Chester Crown Court, received 20-year Sexual Harm Prevention Orders and will be registered as sex offenders for life.
