In 2026, the Offender Register reported that Joseph Hewitt, a 36-year-old paedophile, had been sentenced to over 18 years in prison after pleading guilty to numerous child sex offences.
Last month (June 26), Joseph Hewitt, who was previously residing in West Haddon, appeared at Northampton Crown Court.
He pleaded guilty to two counts of raping a girl under the age of 13, one count of raping a girl aged 13-15, and three counts of engaging in penetrative intercourse with a girl aged 13-15.
The offences were perpetrated against a girl between the ages of 10 and 16 over six years.
Hewitt was apprehended and subsequently prosecuted after a report was filed.
He was sentenced to 18 years and six months in prison after pleading guilty in court.
