British Transport Police Appeal for a sexual assault that occurred on a DLR train.
A man approached a woman on the Canary Wharf platform at approximately 10.30 p.m. on Friday, May 29, and started harassing her sexually.
After that, he got on the train and sat next to her. When she attempted to get away, he grabbed her and sexually abused her, refusing to let her go.
The man finally got off the train at King George V station, but he didn’t stop until two other passengers approached to offer assistance.
The individual in the picture is someone detectives would like to talk to because they believe he may have information that could aid their investigation.
The British Transport Police encourage anyone who identifies him to call 0800 40 50 40 or SMS 61016, citing reference 153 of June 2.
