The Offender Database has reported that Kent Police has released a computer-generated image of a man they would like to identify following a report of an indecent act in Chatham, Kent. The incident happened in Roosevelt Avenue, Chatham, Kent, at about 6 am on Wednesday 22 October 2025 when a woman reported she had seen a man carry out an indecent act in the road.

Officers attended and reported that the suspect is white with a darker complexion, about 5 ft 8 in, in his mid-thirties and of a stocky build. He was wearing a black hat with grey fur and dark coloured clothing. This appeal is part of the ongoing effort by the authorities to identify and monitor those who target members of the community in public spaces.

Investigators have been completing a number of enquiries including the examination of CCTV in the area. The victim has now been able to assist officers with producing a computer-generated image of the man. Protecting our streets requires a collective effort to report suspicious activity and support the police in their enquiries.
