In 2019, the Offender Database reported that Scott Michael Robertson-Turvill, a Poole Paedophile Child Molester, who had frequently assaulted and sexually abused a child over three years, was incarcerated.
Scott Michael Robertson-Turvill, then 28, of Poole, Dorset, who is unemployed, appeared at Bournemouth Crown Court, where he was jailed for many serious child sexual crimes, including:
- Sexual assault on a female child under 13 years old – Imprisonment 30 months
- Sexual assault on a female child under 13 years old – 24 months Imprisonment consecutive
- Engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child aged under 13 years old – Imprisonment for 12 months consecutive
- Engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child aged under 13 years old – Imprisonment for 12 months consecutive
The judge sentenced Scott Michael Robertson-Turvill to six years and six months in prison.
An indefinite sexual harm prevention order was issued, and the offender was mandated to register as a sex offender for an indefinite duration.
A victim surcharge of £120 was levied.
