The Offender Database reported that Rishi Nayyar, an Ashford Paedophile Child Molester, has been sentenced to 12 and a half years in prison after being convicted of rape and soliciting sexual services from a minor.

Rishi Nayyar, 40, from Ashford, Kent, entered a plea of not guilty to the charge of rape, while admitting guilt to the charge of soliciting sexual services from a minor. Subsequent to a five-day trial from Monday, 29 September, to Friday, 3 October, he was adjudicated guilty of rape.

He was present at Guildford Crown Court on Thursday, 18 December, where he received a sentence of 12 years and six months of jail (with an extended licence period of four years) for rape, and three years of imprisonment for three charges of soliciting sexual services from a minor.

The prison terms will be served consecutively.

Our inquiry commenced in April, following a phone contact from a mother who reported that her daughter had experienced a historical rape.

Officers conversed with the victim, who disclosed that she had been communicating with a man named Rishi Nayyar regarding assistance in securing employment.

Rishi Nayyar, however, exploited his status by purchasing gifts and offering to finance other expenses, including sexual activities with her.

During the questioning, Rishi Nayyar attempted to refute allegations of having compensated the girl for sexual acts or having engaged in any sexual contact with her.

The remainder of his interview consisted of responses characterised by ‘no comment.’
