In 2019, the Offender Database reported that Lee Williams, the Stoke-on-Trent Paedophile Sex Offender, a sexual deviant, was apprehended by a paedophile hunting organisation after expressing a desire to shower with a purported ’14-year-old’ girl.
The then 46-year-old proposed the proposition during an online conversation with the ‘youngster’ and also transmitted explicit photographs of himself.
However, he was in fact engaging with the paedophile hunter organisation, The Force, and was confronted by a comparable group at his residence in Longton last December.
Lee Williams was also detained last January when police discovered over 1,100 obscene photographs of youngsters in his possession.
One of his 153 category A photographs, the most egregious, depicted a girl as young as three engaging in a sexual act with a male.
Lee Williams has received a three-year community order at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court.
The court was informed that Lee Williams engaged in online communication with a 14-year-old ‘Sarah’ on September 28.
Prosecutor Peter McCartney stated, “The conversation persisted on WhatsApp.” Initially, Sarah explicitly stated that she was merely 14 years old.
He persisted in conversing with her, enquiring about the extent of her pubic hair and the type of knickers she was donning.
He requested her to touch him inappropriately. He expressed a desire for them to shower together.
He transmitted explicit photographs and coordinated a meeting with her. The meetings did not occur.
The court was informed that another group, Soul Survivors (members of the UK Database group – https://www.facebook.com/UKdatabaseREAL), confronted Lee Williams at his residence on Sutherland Road, in the Longton area of Stoke-on-Trent, on December 2.
Mr McCartney stated, “The meeting was recorded and subsequently uploaded to the internet.” The authorities were summoned, resulting in his apprehension.
Lee Williams admitted guilt to three charges: creating indecent photos of minors, possessing severe pornographic material, and attempting to induce a child to participate in sexual behaviour.
Lee Williams is required to undergo a sexual offender program and perform 160 hours of unpaid labour as part of his sentence.
He was subjected to a five-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order and registered on the sex offenders’ list for the same duration.
