In 2018, the Offender Database reported that PC Nick Pool AKA Stacey, the Middlesbrough Police Paedophile Child Molester, incarcerated for child sexual offences, had been freed from prison as a female.
Stacey Pool, then 30, was once known as PC Nick Pool was apprehended in an undercover police operation.
He was incarcerated for three and a half years last year but was released after completing half of his sentence.
He recently attended court to request a modification of his licence restrictions, donning a red wig, black leggings and grey boots.
The application, as part of a sexual harm prevention order, requires Stacey Pool to notify law enforcement within three days after acquiring any device capable of internet connection.
The clerk at Carlisle Crown Court asked: “Are you Nicholas Pool, now known as Stacey Pool?”

He was nabbed after chatting online with someone she thought was a 12-year-old girl, then trying to arrange to meet her.
The ‘girl’ told him he was speaking with a 12-year-old girl, and he responded by saying he was 28 years old and asked, “Too old?”
Stacey Pool continued: “Well, a lot of paedos in here, so be careful”. He also remarked, “If I dated a 12-year-old, I would go to jail”, and “if I got caught kissing you, I would LOL.”
Authorities subsequently discovered child exploitation photographs on Stacey Pool’s computer, including some categorised as A – the most severe, including rape, torture, and murder of minors.
Stacey Pool acknowledged nine charges of attempting to provoke a minor to participate in sexual conduct.
He additionally admitted guilt to charges of creating and possessing indecent images of minors, some categorised as the most severe category A, as well as one allegation of disseminating an obscene publication.
Stacey Pool, previously associated with Newton Rigg near Penrith, is required to register as a sex offender for life and is subject to an indefinite sexual harm prevention order.
He will additionally be prohibited from engaging with minors and vulnerable persons.
