In 2025, the Offender Database reported that Leam Lock, the NHS St Helens Paedophile and Child Molester, devised a “preposterous” rationale after his reprehensible conduct was revealed.
Leam Lock raped a 12-year-old girl and subsequently asserted that they had only been “play fighting”.
Today, Tuesday, Liverpool Crown Court was informed that a 42-year-old resident of Chatteris Court in St Helens, Merseyside, “squeezed her buttocks” prior to kissing her and inserting his tongue into her lips.
Leam Lock subsequently groped one of the little girl’s breasts and expressed his intense desire for her, advising her not to disclose the incident to her mother.
Fiona McNeill, prosecuting, detailed that the victim informed her mother and a friend about the event, which subsequently resulted in the police being notified.
Leam Lock subsequently asserted that they had been “play fighting,” contending that she had licked his face and her “tongue had inadvertently entered his mouth.”
In a statement presented to the court on her behalf, she articulated that the assault had rendered her “feeling despondent and dejected” and “struggling to trust any men”. The defendant possesses one prior conviction for theft.
Leam Lock was found guilty of one count of child sexual assault by a jury after a trial.
He shook his head in the dock as he received JUST a two-year sentence, while a woman in the public gallery waved at him as he was escorted to the cells.
A restraining order was issued, prohibiting Leam Lock from contacting the complainant for a period of 10 years.
He will be mandated to register as a sex offender for the subsequent ten years.
