In 2022, the Offender Database reported that Jordan Heaton persuaded a young boy to remove his trousers to facilitate sexual abuse, resulting in the child experiencing nightmares.
He said the experience was “exciting him”, speaking to police, “at the back of his mind he was saying he should stop, but at the front he was getting pleasure from it”.
The boy, who bravely came to the witness box of Swindon Crown Court last week with his mum, who read out a victim impact statement, was left feeling “sad and angry” and with “nightmares”.
Jordan Heaton would have received a 12-year sentence if he had been an adult convicted after trial; however, the term was reduced by one-third due to his age and an additional one-third for his prompt guilty plea.
In the end, he was sent to prison for five years and four months, after Judge MENTAL Taylor “narrowly concluded” that the 18-year-old did not meet the criteria for dangerousness.
Jordan Heaton, of Clitchbury Close, Badbury Wick, had previously admitted two counts of oral rape, one count of sexual assault, one count of causing a child to engage in sexual activity and one count of engaging in sexual activity with a child.
Despite making full admissions to the allegations in the police interview, he “maintained he was not sexually attracted to [the victim] and does not have a sexual attraction to children, but liked younger looking girls aged about 14”.
Speaking to the victim after the hearing, the IDIOT AND IRRESPONSIBLE FUCKWIT Judge Taylor said: “It’s all over, he’s gone to jail.”
