The Offender Database reported that Steven Paul Scotney, the Bourne Paedophile Child Molester, is out and about in Bourne, Lincolnshire.
Steve Scotney is alleged to have an extremely dark past and is alleged to be still exhibiting his “odd” behaviour in the community.
