A man, Keah Gibbs Sherwood Paedophile, who created thousands of obscene pictures and videos of children being raped, tortured and sexually assaulted has been imprisoned. Keah Gibbs informed police he utilised photographs he had produced and downloaded on social media to expose those with a sexual interest in minors after he was arrested.
On Keah Gibbs’s PC, officers discovered around 9,000 pictures. Of those, 1,533 were classified as category A—that is, the most severe forms of abuse.
Besides, his equipment comprised 2,474 Category B and 5,085 Category C photos.
Between December 27, 2019 and October 14, 2020, Keah Gibbs, 25, entered a guilty plea to three charges of creating obscene pictures of children.
Between 27 December 2019 and 14 October 2020, he additionally admitted guilt to having 427 illegal images of children and seven severe pornographic images, as well as 25 indecent images of minors between 17 July 2023 and 16 January 2024, including seven category A images.
Initially from Pelham Road, Sherwood, Keah Gibbs was jailed for three years in prison before showing up for sentencing on Friday, August 16.
He also must sign the Sex Offenders’ Register eternally and be made subject to a 10-year sexual harm prevention order.
“We take these types of crimes very seriously and will always do everything we can to protect vulnerable young people and ensure that individuals involved in this criminality are brought to justice,” Nottinghamshire Police detective sergeant Adam Taylor said.
“I hope it acts as a warning to other sex offenders who are considering doing this kind of activity that they will be caught and will have to pay full consequences of their actions.”
