Andrew Temple, the Loanhead Paedophile, who consistently assaulted and raped his niece, commencing when she was merely eight years old, has died in prison.
Andrew Temple, a resident of Loanhead in Midlothian, who was incarcerated for eight years in 2019 for sexual offences, passed away in HMP Edinburgh on Saturday, October 11, at the age of 60.
Andrew Temple was found guilty of seven charges at the High Court in Edinburgh, including two counts of rape, three counts of indecent behaviour with Kerrie Feehan, and two additional indecency crimes against youngsters.
The offences occurred in Easthouses and Dalkeith in Midlothian, as well as in Fort William, between 1996 and 2004.
Kerrie previously disclosed that Andrew Temple assaulted her around 3,000 times from the ages of eight to sixteen.
She recounted that Andrew Temple first assaulted her when she was eight years old. One night, he attacked her while her sister slept in the adjacent bed.
Kerrie, in her desperation, contemplated suicide as her sole escape. At the age of 15, she ingested an overdose and was evacuated to Belford Hospital in Fort William.
Nonetheless, Andrew Temple arrived at the hospital and assaulted the girl while she was confined to her bed.
She discovered her pregnancy with Andrew Temple’s child, but felt relieved upon losing it after four months.
At 17, she visited his residence with a concealed recording device to elicit a confession regarding his offences.
Andrew Temple became wary and searched for her person. In the course of a confrontation, he seized a knife and inflicted a stab wound on Kerrie.
In 2003, Kerrie disclosed her account to the Lothian and Borders Police; however, they did not forward the investigation, allowing Andrew Temple to continue the abuse with their blessing.
Kerrie complained to another Scottish police force in 2010, but the paedophile sympathising morons subsequently dismissed the case.
Only when she met her partner, Caroline, in 2014 and relocated to South Shields, England, did the police forward the investigation, transferring it to Police Scotland.
In 2014, she re-established communication with law enforcement in England, resulting in Andrew Temple facing charges.
Andrew Temple refuted all allegations during the trial but was found guilty of seven offences.
A representative for the Scottish Prison Service confirmed Andrew Temple’s death in a statement.
