An admired and much-loved Isle of Wight Paedophile businessman and former president of the Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce, Peter Tomlinson, the Cowes Paedophile, who has already confessed to numerous allegations of child sexual abuse, has been charged with more child sexual offences and is scheduled to be in court later today.
Peter Tomlinson, a 63-year-old former prominent businessman on the Isle of Wight, has been charged with seven new egregious child sex offences.
Peter Tomlinson, formerly of Baring Road in Cowes, faces:
- Three counts of paying for the sexual services of a girl under 13 (penetration)
- Two counts of paying for the sexual services of a girl under 13 (no penetration)
- One count of attempting to pay for the sexual services of a girl 13 to 15 (no penetration)
- One count of paying for the sexual services of a girl aged 16/17.
The offences relate to oral sex on a child by a dog and various live sex shows with payments to, or attempted payments to, 6 different women relating to 8 different children.
The offences were committed between 2017 and 2019.
Peter Tomlinson will appear before the Isle of Wight Magistrates Court via video link later today (Tuesday)
The pervert had previously admitted:
- Five counts of paying for the sexual services of a girl under 13;
- Two counts of causing or inciting the sexual exploitation of a child under 13;
- Two counts of intentionally encouraging/assisting the commission of an either-way offence
- Three counts of making indecent photographs/pseudo-photographs of a child.
- And paying for the live-streamed sexual abuse of children in the Philippines.
Between May 2015 and April 2017, Peter Tomlinson remitted £5,511 through 127 transactions to accounts in the Philippines, all for the purpose of live-streamed child sexual exploitation.
He consistently compensated a female facilitator for the live-streamed exploitation of two young girls. The youngest was about 10 years old when the abuse commenced.
In a conversation in January 2019, Peter Tomlinson stated he would compensate the woman £7.66 if she executed a sexual act on the girl.
Investigators discovered evidence of thousands of communications between Peter Tomlinson and the Filipino facilitator, who has been apprehended, and the children have been protected.
They exchanged 4,166 lines of communication on Skype, comprising 358 video calls and 3,809 text conversations.
During those calls, Peter Tomlinson repeatedly asked for “harder” abuse footage, spelling out what he wanted to see and then complaining about what he received.
In June 2018, he paid the woman £12.99 and then complained, saying for that price:
“I will expect a show with two girls for 30 minutes.”, he told her
His electronic devices contained 47 category A images (the most severe), 148 category B, 353 category C and 46 extreme images.
