Back in 2022, Calvin Da Fonte, the Waltham Chase Paedophile, from Hampshire, was imprisoned for grooming and sexually assaulting two females.
Calvin Da Fonte, residing on Sandy Hill Close in Waltham Chase, was sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty to five counts of engaging in sexual contact with a minor and three counts of producing obscene photos of minors.
The 19-year-old, Calvin Da Fonte, acknowledged the allegations, occurring when he was 18, during a hearing at Portsmouth Crown Court on December 7, and was sentenced by His Honour Judge Timothy Mousley QC on April 1.
The abuse occurred in the Whiteley, Warsash, and Waltham Chase regions from July 2020 to May 2021, while the girls were below the age of 16.
Detective Constable Samantha Brown, from Hampshire Constabulary’s specialised Operation Amberstone unit, stated:
Calvin Da Fonte exploited, coerced, and victimised these young females for his personal enjoyment. He was aware of their age and recognised the immorality of his reprehensible conduct, which is why he originally attempted to deny to the authorities that he had perpetrated these offences.
Their experiences were unjust, and I congratulate their bravery in reporting the incidents to the authorities. Due to their courage, Calvin Da Fonte is now incarcerated, preventing him from endangering another child.
Our officers diligently strive to identify the offenders of such activity, and we urge anyone afflicted by sexual abuse to seek assistance. Whether it is someone you trust, law enforcement, or a support service. Assistance is available.
Is Calvin Da Fonte out or still in prison?
