A repeat offender of domestic violence and animal cruelty, the Headington Child and Animal Abuser, Dudley Stein, will be jailed for assaulting a pug with a hockey stick, resulting in severe internal injuries that necessitated euthanasia.

Dudley Stein, residing on Stowford Road in Headington, is accused of inflicting pain upon a pug named Boris on Friday, July 25.

Dudley Stein, 33, was scheduled for sentencing at Oxford Crown Court on September 1.

This was postponed to October 6 for the preparation of a pre-sentence report.

Dudley Stein pleaded guilty to harassment for violating a restraining order by contacting a woman from April 1 to July 27.

The court record indicates that Dudley Stein repeatedly struck the dog on July 25 on Stowford Road, Headington.

The court record stated: “Inflicted undue suffering on a protected animal, specifically Boris the pug, through an act of beating him with a hockey stick, resulting in injuries that led to his euthanasia, and you were aware or should have reasonably been aware that such an act would produce that outcome or was likely to do so.”

This occurred two years subsequent to Dudley Stein’s incarceration for ejecting the same dog from a building’s window.

On that occasion, he reportedly informed a woman that the dog was ‘likely deceased’ and further remarked, “I wish it were you.”

The pug endured his defenestration on that occasion.

Dudley Stein is scheduled for sentencing on October 6 for the recent incident.

He possesses numerous prior convictions, including false imprisonment, animal cruelty, and assault against multiple children and women.

In 2023, Dudley Stein was incarcerated for hurling his ex’s pet dog out a first-floor window due to its excessive snoring.

In 2017, Dudley Stein was incarcerated for 14 months due to his ‘spontaneous’ outburst, during which he threatened to ‘crush’ his little son’s skull with his foot after the child attempted to defend his mother following Stein’s brutal assault on her.
