A Metropolitan Police Rapist officer, PC Santos Rodriguez, has been charged with many sexual crimes, including rape.
PC Santos Rodriguez, 22, a probationary officer in basic recruit training with the West Area Command Unit, was accused on Tuesday, 22 July, with rape and three counts of sexual assault by penetration on a woman.
He is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, 27 August.
The allegations pertain to an incident purportedly occurring in March 2025.
PC Santos Rodriguez was apprehended on Wednesday, 12 March, and promptly suspended from duty.
All incidents pertain to the same victim and transpired when the officer was off duty.
The Silly Boys Metropolitan Police’s Directorate of Professional Standards has been notified and is conducting an investigation as to whether he should be fired or not.
