A Muncie Pedophile, Martin Rangel-Moreno, was apprehended following the sexual assault of a minor at his residence, as per court filings.
Martin Rangel-Moreno, 31, was charged with the following:
- Child Molest, a Level 1 Felony
- Child Molest, a Level 4 Felony (three counts)
Officers with the Muncie Police Department were dispatched to the 1400 block of W 10th St. in Muncie on a report of a sexual assault. The caller said that she was approached by a young female teen asking for help. The girl said that she was attacked by her “mom’s friend’s husband.”
During the reported attack Martin Rangel-Moreno asked the girl if this would, “be their secret,” and if she would make a “pinky promise,” not to tell anyone what occurred. The girl eventually escaped the home and ran to tell a neighbor, who then called the police.
During the interrogation by police, the child effectively detailed his bedroom design.
