In 2022, Timothy King, a Kilburn Rapist, was convicted of additional offences less than two weeks later in a case involving the rape of a woman.

At 5 am on September 27 of the previous year, Timothy King encountered a group of teenage females socialising in Leicester Square.

Timothy King isolated a 16-year-old from the group and led her into a dark alley, where he assaulted her sexually. She attempted to repel the assault, but was unsuccessful.

The girl notified the police of the rape on the same day. Authorities initiated a manhunt and, following rigorous efforts by investigators, located Timothy King at a refuge in East London.

Meanwhile, Timothy King was in Slough, a town west of London, where on October 9, he secured the front door of a residence, seized a woman by the throat, and compelled her onto the bed. She was subsequently assaulted.

Timothy King subsequently accompanied her around the premises and prohibited her from departing. He departed the following day, and she notified the police of the assault and sought medical attention.

Thames Valley Police and the Metropolitan Police identified that they were pursuing the same individual and partnered to apprehend Timothy King on October 18.

A jury convicted Timothy King of three charges of rape, as well as one count each of false imprisonment, assault occasioning actual bodily injury, and perverting the course of justice at Reading Crown Court on August 1 of this year.

On Tuesday, he was punished by the same court and received an additional year’s extended licence in conjunction with his sentence.
