The Newton Aycliffe Paedophile, Sheila Wilson, of Rowan Place, sexually exploited a minor and captured obscene images of the youngster at the behest of a “manipulative” paedophile via internet interactions.
Sheila Wilson was reported to have been a willing participant, adhering to the directives of her male co-defendant, Carl Thompson, who, as stated in Durham Crown Court, had passed away since making confessions in the case.
The court was informed that during an investigation into his online conduct, concerning purported attempts at sexual communication with a minor while conversing with a police decoy, his phone was confiscated by investigators in February of the previous year.
An analysis of the phone disclosed photographs of a nude youngster, transmitted in a WhatsApp conversation with Sheila Wilson in April of the preceding year.
In their communications, Thompson expressed a desire to exploit the youngster and convinced Sheila Wilson to transmit photographs depicting her inappropriately interacting with the child.
Sheila Wilson informed Thompson that sexually touching the youngster was “so good.”
Sheila Wilson received a 31-month prison term and was subjected to lifetime registration as a sex offender.
