Ruben Oswaldo Yeverino Rosales was apprehended in Mexico in 2019. In May 2020, Rosales was extradited to the District of Arizona.
This punishment took into account analogous indictments in five more districts: the Central District of California, the District of South Carolina, the Eastern District of North Carolina, the Eastern District of Missouri, and the Northern District of Oklahoma.
