In 2022, Lloyd Collins, the Brighton Paedophile, was incarcerated for sexually assaulting minors and producing films of a youngster.
Lloyd Collins, 30, of Montpelier Road, Brighton, pleaded guilty to 11 offences committed in the city, including engaging in sexual contact with a minor, assaulting a teenage girl, and producing and having indecent videos and photos of a child.
He also confessed to possessing cannabis with the intent to distribute and committing a racially aggravated attack against a police officer.
Lloyd Collins, who is unemployed, was sentenced today at Chichester Crown Court to a total of 15 years, with a minimum of nine years to be served in jail, followed by six years under supervision on a prison release license.
He received lifelong restraining orders forbidding any contact with his two victims. He was handed a sexual harm prevention order that significantly limited his access to children and digital communication devices.
Lloyd Collins will be a lifelong registered sex offender.
The prosecution ensued from an inquiry, Operation Oakgrove, conducted by officers from the Brighton and Hove safeguarding investigations team.
