In 2024, the Offender Database reported that Leah Harvey, the Transgender Caerphilly Paedophile, had once again violated a court order set following a four-year incarceration and is now back in custody.
Leah Harvey, 27, previously known as Joshua Harvey, of Hafodyrynys Road, Crumlin, Caerphilly, was sentenced to 24 weeks in prison for violating a sexual harm prevention order.
The order was instituted in May 2018, as stated by Newport Magistrates’ Court.
In that instance, the defendant was sentenced to three years and eight months in prison for five counts of attempting to induce a girl to participate in sexual behaviour.
Leah Harvey was previously incarcerated in 2020 for violating a Sexual Offences Prevention Order by boasting about being a paedophile and for approaching and sexually harassing minors.
Leah Harvey’s most recent offence was on June 30 for possessing an unregistered electronic device on High Street, Newbridge.
The defendant entered a guilty plea. Leah Harvey was mandated to pay £239 in costs and a surcharge following his release from detention.
