A Sutton Bridge Paedophile sexual offender, Kym Goody, has evaded incarceration after confessing to forcing or persuading a girl under the age of 13 to participate in sexual behaviour by kissing her repeatedly.
Kym Goody, 31, of Sutton Bridge, Lincolnshire, entered a guilty plea to the sole charge during his appearance at Lincoln Crown Court.
The allegations assert that Kym Goody prompted or instigated the girl to kiss him on five instances between June 18, 2022, and August 10, 2022.
The victim, whose identity cannot be disclosed to preserve her anonymity, attended court to observe Kym Goody submit his guilty plea.
Kym Goody, previously residing in Bourne and currently located on Elliott Road, March, Cambridgeshire, received a prison term that was suspended for two years.
He is required to register as a sex offender for a duration of ten years.
