Jonjo Milner-Wilson Hemsworth Paedophile showed up at Leeds Crown Court this week for violating his 2013 life-long sexual harm prevention order (SHPO), issued for downloading horrific child abuse photos. Again, in 2017, he was caught downloading more pictures.
Jonjo Milner-Wilson cannot remove his online search history as part of the SHPO so safeguarding authorities can monitor him.
When they arrived at his Hemsworth house in August 2022, they discovered that the iPad had its history erased. After analysis, it was found that 300 searches had been deleted, none for illicit photos.
The 44-year-old Moorshutt Road, Hemsworth, resident acknowledged breaking his SHPO. Declaring he had erased the internet record to create a new Google account, Conor Quinn said
According to him, Jonjo Milner-Wilson was still drawn to youngsters and battled despair by guilt about his crimes. He claimed Jonjo Milner-Wilson was writing down his inner thoughts, and the SHPO was mainly functioning; he had the drive to change his behaviour.
Judge Kate Rayfield sentenced Jonjo Milner-Wilson to six months in jail and suspended eighteen months.
She advised him: “You still show a sexual curiosity for minors. Writing something is better than actively searching for inappropriate online images.
You are not likely to be cured. It comes down to management here.
She gave him instructions to sign up for 55 rehabilitation days and a 43-day sexual offence program.
