John Willoughby, the Towcester Paedophile, a 53-year-old man, has returned to prison after acknowledging a violation of his Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).
John Willoughby, formerly of Towcester, received a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) in 2012 following his conviction for sexual offences against a minor under the age of 16.
The SHPO was imposed with specific stipulations, including the prohibition of removing any online search history.
In April of this year, John Willoughby was discovered engaging in online conversations with an adult regarding his sexual attraction to minors.
What he failed to recognise, however, was that the profile with which he was engaging was, in fact, a police officer.
He was apprehended and subsequently indicted on two charges of violating his Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).
John Willoughby entered a guilty plea to both charges during a prior hearing at Northampton Crown Court and subsequently returned to the same court on October 15, when he received a sentence of one year and four months in jail.
