In 2023, the Offender Register reported that Jamie Scott, a Warrington Paedophile who exposed himself to adolescents in the vicinity of a children’s play area, had been incarcerated once more.
Jamie Scott was sentenced to prison last year for his despicable actions, which transpired in the open.
Scott, a former resident of Arpley Street in the heart of Warrington, committed the offence by performing sex acts on himself and exposing his genitalia in Sankey Valley Park. He is currently without a fixed address.
While committing the sexual offence, he was gazing directly at the girls.
Additionally, he violated a sexual harm prevention order by doing so.
He was sentenced to 27 months in prison.
Scott has been summoned to the courts once more for his failure to adhere to notification obligations while on the sex offenders register.
The 36-year-old neglected to complete his seven-day no-fixed abode registration on September 21 and October 2, according to court documents.
He appeared before Warrington Magistrates’ Court last week for sentencing after pleading guilty to failing to comply with notification requirements.
Here, he was sentenced to 18 weeks in prison for his “flagrant disregard” of court orders and previous violations of his sexual harm prevention order and notification requirements.
Court documents also indicate that he was incarcerated because of his history of criminal activity, which constituted a “dangerous risk” to the public.
