Harrison Simpson, the alleged Thornaby Paedophile Child Killer, of Hartington Close, 21, has been charged with causing or permitting the death of a child, amongst many other offences.
He is accused of raping and killing a two-year-old toddler, Isabelle Rose Welsh, with the help of the child’s guardian, Alexandra Walker.
Isabelle Rose Welsh died after being admitted to the hospital due to concerns regarding her welfare.
Harrison Simpson participated through video link from incarceration at Teesside Crown Court and was detained in prison on Friday.
Hundreds of people have shared their shock, sadness and condolences to the family on social media. One described the beautiful tot as ‘an angel’. Another wrote: “What a gorgeous little girl… This world is too cruel.”
Floral tributes were left outside her home on Hartington Close, Thornaby, Teesside. One wrote: “Thoughts and prayers are with you all. Rest in eternal paradise, beautiful princess.”
