In 2022, the Offender Register reported that a Migrant Rapist, Hameed Naderi, who pretended to be a taxi driver, abducted and raped an adolescent in Liverpool.
In the early hours of February 29, 2020, Hameed Naderi abducted the “very vulnerable” student from the streets, coercing her into his vehicle, and subsequently assaulting her in a public location and his own residence.
Liverpool Crown Court was informed that the victim had a recollection of being in a pub in Concert Square; however, her subsequent memory was of being in the stranger’s bedroom, where he was raping her.
CCTV footage and her mobile phone data were used to reconstruct the woman’s movements during the interim period. Naderi picked her up in his vehicle on Lime Street, having “persuaded her or permitted her to believe” that he was a taxi driver.
She was observed by cameras walking past his vehicle near Lime Street Station. Subsequently, he approached her, clasped her arm, and escorted her into his vehicle before departing. The 30-year-old transported her to his residence on Moses Street in Toxteth, where he raped her before transporting her to Riverside Drive in Otterspool.
The complainant had no recollection of the incident, and it was only discovered when Naderi subsequently informed the police that he had engaged in sexual intercourse with her in the location.
After approximately 45 minutes at this location, they returned to Moses Street, where he raped her for the second time.
The young woman was dropped off at her shared accommodation by Naderi following the assault. She was described as “out of it, like a zombie” by a colleague who witnessed her arrival home.
Subsequently, she requested that another housemate enter her room and inform her of what had transpired while she was “hyperventilating.”
He initially arrived in the United Kingdom as an asylum seeker.
Naderi was sentenced to nine and a half years in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of rape. Additionally, he was granted an additional five years of licence and is required to sign the sex offenders‘ register indefinitely.
