A deceitful Saffron Walden Rapist, Darrel Phillips, convicted of lewd behaviour and condemned to three years in September 2023 has been released prematurely.
Darrel Phillips of Saffron Walden sexually attacked a woman while she was asleep in her residence in East London.
At the age of 44, Darrel Phillips was familiar to the woman. In July 2020, he journeyed to her residence in Tower Hamlets with intentions to occupy the extra room.
In the early hours of July 12, he expressed his desire to engage in sexual intercourse with the woman, but she declined his propositions.
“After leaving the room and thinking she would be safe in her own bedroom, she woke up in pain the following morning, and realised that her clothing had been removed by someone from the waist down,”
“She also recalled a memory of Darrel Phillips in her bed and pushing him away, saying ‘no’.”
