In 2025, the Offender Database reported that Damion Ogeare, Trowbridge Nigerian Bestiality Sex Offender, of Woolpack Meadows, originally denied both charges against him in November 2024 and was due to stand trial at some point.

However, things changed as the case progressed, in true rural country fashion.

At a hearing held at Salisbury Crown Court in February, the 43-year-old pleaded guilty to the charge of intercourse with an animal at Maylands Farm on Whaddon Lane in Hilperton on January 24, 2024.

Winchester Crown Court has since confirmed the second count, trespass with intent to commit a sexual offence, was dropped after the prosecution offered no evidence, which is very unusual.

Following his guilty plea, Damion Ogeare appeared at Winchester Crown Court on June 6 2025, for sentencing.

The court confirmed that he received an 18-month community order, along with a requirement for rehabilitation activities.

In addition, Damion Ogeare was ordered to pay £299.52 in compensation, presumably to the Pony, and a restraining order was issued against him, preventing him from contacting the animal.

There is a very significant correlation between bestiality and child sexual abuse. You have been warned.
