In 2024, Charlie Duffy, of Bulkington Avenue in Worthing, communicated online on Instagram with two nine-year-old girls and a ten-year-old from Derbyshire and Leicestershire.
Following his arrest, the 28-year-old was charged with six counts of inciting or causing a girl under the age of 13 to engage in sexual activity, three counts of causing a child under the age of 13 to watch or look at an image of sexual activity, and three counts of creating indecent images of children in categories A, B, and C.
He has been released on bail with strict conditions.
He was at court on Friday, 26th June and pleaded guilty to 9 of the 12 offences, with 3 being dropped due to evidential difficulties.
