Benjamin David Galey, 32, of Tamworth, received a 40-month prison sentence at Stafford Crown Court on Wednesday, July 21.
This follows his guilty plea for attempting to induce a female under 13 to participate in sexual behaviour and for possessing severe pornographic photos.
The court was informed that Benjamin David Galey utilised an anonymous digital platform to engage in communication with minors online.
In October 2020, authorities visited the residence of Benjamin David Galey. Two mobile gadgets were confiscated from within.
Two photos of an explicit sexual nature were found on the devices, along with one explicit video.
